Considerate Constructors Scheme

The site is registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme and will operate in accordance with its requirements to ensure that the impact of building works on local communities is minimised.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image. Construction sites and companies registered with the Scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that might have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general, the workforce and the environment.
